Ideally, every organization has a working set of operational policies and procedures. Documenting "how we do things here” is enormously beneficial for training, continuity, resolving conflicts, and addressing challenges before they become problems. With experience in both technical writing and in developing operational policies and procedures, I am passionate about communicating clearly.
