From identifying the right property to negotiating the lease to working with stakeholders, contractors, building managers, movers, and vendors, I have the experience to make your company’s transition go smoothly. Moreover, I can develop a space plan for you that not only eliminates some of the headache of moving, but also anticipates future growth. Ideally, every organization has a working set of operational policies and procedures. Documenting "how we do things here” is enormously beneficial for training, continuity, resolving conflicts, and addressing challenges before they become problems. I am passionate about communicating clearly and am happy to either edit existing documentation or to write fresh copy to fill in the gaps. All while achieving a consistent style.
